Age Groups

We offer football opportunities for a wide range of age groups:

  • Mini Football (Ages 4-6)

    • Boys' Sessions: Starting from age 4, boys can join our mini football sessions, which focus on fundamental movement and ball skills in a fun and engaging environment.
    • Girls' Sessions: Girls can start from age 5, with sessions designed to build foundational skills and prepare them for under-8s teams.
  • Foundation Stage (Ages 5-8)

    • Focus on developing body movement, basic football skills, and social interaction.
    • Encourages experimentation and creativity with the ball.
  • Youth Development Stage (Ages 9-16)

    • Emphasizes technical ability, team play, and understanding of different positions.
    • Prepares players for competitive matches and progression to higher levels.
  • Adult Teams

    • Provides pathways for young adults transitioning from youth football.
    • Encourages lifelong participation in the sport.

Gender Representation
